E-learning Courses
Solution
To support skill development for both educators and learners, I created a library of over 75 short, video-based courses grounded in microlearning principles. Each course includes structured demonstrations, visual supports, and downloadable materials for independent progression. The system also includes over 250 embedded quizzes and recording prompts to promote active recall, performance-based learning, and self-paced mastery.
Impact
This course library is enabling thousands of students to access structured guitar instruction in schools that would not otherwise offer such programs. By supporting self-paced learning with embedded guidance and assessments, the courses empower educators with or without musical training to deliver consistent, high-quality instruction. The system continues to help districts expand music offerings, increase student participation, and sustain arts programming.
