Guitar Now Online applies the same scalable learning strategies found in workplace learning ecosystems, including gamification, microlearning, data dashboards, and full LMS management to deliver measurable improvements in engagement and performance.

Instructional Problem

The guitar is widely recognized as one of the most popular instruments for students to learn. However, educators are often expected to deliver high-quality guitar instruction without formal training in the instrument. This leads to inconsistent outcomes, reduced student progression, and program attrition, particularly in environments lacking content scaffolding and performance feedback.

Solution

To address this need, I designed and implemented a web-based LMS that delivers leveled, professionally developed guitar instruction. The system enables educators to focus on coaching and feedback while students progress independently through structured, skill-based content. It combines gamification, e-learning, progress tracking, and backend management to support scalable, self-paced learning.
